Whether your property needs a partial or complete rewire, a full periodic inspection report or work on an extension or conservatory, our engineers have the skills and experience to ensure that the job is carried out to your expectations, efficiently, professionally, on time and within budget. In May 2005, Approved Document Part P (Electrical Safety) of the UK's building regulations came into force. This laid down that all electrical installation work in homes must meet the requirements of the 17th edition wiring regulations (BS7671: 2008) and a demonstration of compliance to BS7671. We will provide you with the most cost effective solution to this legal requirement, which completes our own self-certification through a Government approved competent person scheme.
